Bradmark Expands Reseller Agreement with Sybase for Industry-Leading Database Products

Reseller addendum provides a one-stop shopping experience to help lower the TCO for customers using SAP® Sybase® database and Bradmark products

Houston, TX — August 29, 2012 — Bradmark Technologies, Inc., an established provider of database tools for enterprise monitoring and administration, announced the expansion of its seven year global reseller agreement with Sybase, an SAP company, through the execution of an addendum granting Bradmark the right to sell SAP® Sybase® database products in North America.

Under this agreement, Bradmark will offer SAP Sybase Adaptive Server® Enterprise (ASE), SAP Sybase IQ® server, SAP Sybase Replication Server® and Mirror Activator® database products to its existing customers and prospects through its direct sales force and marketing campaigns in the United States and Canada.

It is a proven database management system that has been in use for more than 25 years in highly demanding, mission-critical transactional environments across industries, delivering. high performance, reliability, world-class technical support and a low cost of ownership.

In 2004, Sybase, Inc. and Bradmark Technologies, Inc. signed a master partner’s agreement allowing Bradmark to resell Sybase products. Then in 2005, Sybase and Bradmark established a strategic alliance partnership and signed a master reseller’s agreement, enabling Sybase to offer Bradmark’s Surveillance product directly to its customers through both its direct sales force and worldwide partnerships.
