C. Bradley Tashenberg
President
and CEO
|
Mr. Tashenberg received
a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from the State University
of New York at Buffalo in 1968, and later pursued a Masters of
Science in Economics. He
was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to pursue Classical languages
and a scholarship to pursue a Ph.D. in Mathematics in 1969, but
decided instead to pursue a career. Mr. Tashenberg has authored two books that were published
through the American Management Association.
Shortly
after founding Bradmark in
1981, he developed its flagship product, DBGeneral, into one of
the leading database utilities in the Hewlett-Packard 3000 Market. Today,
in addition to serving as Chairman of the Board with Bradmark,
Mr. Tashenberg serves on the board of other public and private
companies. |

Butch Madrazo

Mr. Madrazo has some 40-plus years
of diversified and worldwide C level experience. As Chairman,
his focus is on the company's execution of action plans be they
strategic, tactical, operational, marketing or financial the
provides the essential tools for profitable growth.
Mr. Madrazo works with the Greater
Houston Partnership (GHP), CEO Roundtable Steering Committee,
and Mentors two CEO Roundtables; The Rice Alliance for Technology
and Entrepreneurship; University of Houston Center for Entrepreneurship
and Innovation; Texas Southern University; The Houston Technology
Center (HTC-Tech Champion); The MIT Enterprise Forum of Texas;
and other Pro Bono Educational and Civic Activities such as
the American Red Cross.

Brad Tashenberg Jr.

Vice President
|
Mr. Tashenberg, Jr. began in his
career with Bradmark in many capacities and several departments
that spans over a 12 year period. From Programmer, Product Manager,
Account Representative to Director of Public Relations, he gained
a comprehensive knowledge of the internal structure of Bradmark
as well as being a contributing member of the Board of Directors.
In 2001, Mr. Tashenberg moved to Washington, DC to begin his pursuit in politics.
Working for Senators and expanding his experience in other political avenues
including campaigns and working at the Heritage Foundation, he moved back
to Houston to run for U.S. Congress in 2004 (Texas – District 10).
He later returned to Washington to pursue his PhD in Economics at George
Mason University. During which he remained connected to Bradmark as a consultant,
becoming Vice-President of Business Development for the Federal Sector after
working on the 2008 Presidential campaign.
Mr. Tashenberg returned to Bradmark in 2009 as Executive Vice-President.
He currently holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Economics
from Texas State University and is continuing his efforts on his PhD while
spearheading new projects of development for Bradmark. |

Charlene Arzu-Nunez
Controller

Ms. Arzu-Nunez joined Bradmark in
2007 as Manager of Accounting and has since been promoted to Controller
of the
Company. Prior to joining
Bradmark, Mrs. Arzu-Nunez worked as a Controller for Astocare,
a health care provider, and Gannett Outdoor, a company that specialized
in the management of billboard advertising. She is an extremely conscientious
performer, and has the unique ability to hold to her budget while
remaining compassionate to the people she works with. Mrs. Arzu-Nunez
holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Houston and is considering
acquiring a CPA. |

Edward Stangler
Director Research and Development
|
Mr. Stangler came to Bradmark through
the acquisition of Pace Systems, which took place in June of 2000.
Pace Systems was a product development company which Bradmark used
as a lab for the development of its NORAD Surveillance monitoring
product line. Mr. Stangler is responsible for the development of
the server agent, event management, and central repository technology
of the NORAD product line, along with the associated middleware.
He is well respected in the field and holds an MS and BS in Computer
Science from the University of Houston. Though Mr. Stangler was accepted
into the PhD program at the University of Houston, he declined, favoring
his work at Bradmark |

Jerry Fochtman
Director Development HP3000
|
Mr. Fochtman joined Bradmark in
1996. He has worked
in the HP 3000 industry since 1974 and has authored many technical
articles and presentations worldwide. Additionally,
he has served for many years as a Board Member, Chairman and Executive
Committee member for the Hewlett-Packard International User's Group
at both the regional and international level. Since
1997 Mr. Fochtman, has served as the Chairman of the HP 3000 technical
presentations for the annual international HP World Conference.He
holds a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Western Michigan
University.

Timothy Joseph
Worldwide
Director of Technical Support
|
Mr. Joseph has been with Bradmark
for 20 years, over which time he and his group earned a reputation
for providing
the finest technical support service in the HP3000 and RDBMS markets.
He is an excellent manager and very gifted technician – a
very difficult combination to find. Prior to joining Bradmark,
Mr. Joseph was head of Technical Support for VeSoft, one of the
most revered system software companies in the Hewlett Packard HP3000
market. Mr. Joseph has an MS in Economics for the University of
California at Irvine and currently heads up our Seattle satellite office. |

Johnson Avery Jr.
Director of Marketing
|
Joining Bradmark in
1986, Mr. Avery is the
senior most member of the Bradmark family. Over
the years, he has matured from a graphic artist, to ad manager,
webmaster, creative director, and finally to Director of
Marketing in 2000. A creative
marketing and communications professional with over 15 years
B2B experience, Mr. Avery is
a key contributor in building both corporate and product awareness,
and is responsible for all aspects of marketing
for Bradmark.
A member of AMA and various
graphic design organizations, Mr. Avery is currently an
active marketing committee member for the International Sybase
Users Group (ISUG). He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism
and Graphic Design from California State University of Fresno.
