New users. This course is designed to teach basic concepts and familiarize students with the functionality of the NORAD products. You will work in a laboratory environment, gaining hands-on experience with the basics and the intricacies of the entire NORAD suite.

Prerequisites:

Have a basic knowledge of SQL and be familiar with fundamental database concepts. Understand the basic nature of the systems that NORAD will monitor and manage in your environment.
