at STARZ! is a mixture of Unix, Linux and Windows environments,
running Sybase Adaptive Server, Sybase Replication Server, and
Microsoft SQL Server. The blend of systems, compounded with a
continually growing environment made finding a centralized monitoring
tool an increasing priority to allow DBAs to be proactive, rather
than reactive.

Collins is quickly adding new applications with databases utilizing
Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. The Application Services Division
needs to support more databases with fewer resources. The City
of Fort Collins needed a product that could do some of the typical

was still online and available. Finally, the City wanted to take
