Bradmark Technologies and Sybase Ink Global Agreement

— To Provide End-to-End Database Management Solutions for Sybase —

HOUSTON — July 14, 2005 — Bradmark Technologies, Inc. an established provider of enterprise monitoring and database administration tools, today announced that it has joined forces with Sybase, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise infrastructure and mobile software, in a global reseller agreement.

Under this global agreement, Sybase will offer Bradmark's monitoring and management tools directly to its customers through both its direct sales force and worldwide partnerships. Bradmark will provide Sybase® clients with a comprehensive product suite to monitor and manage Sybase Adaptive Server® Enterprise (ASE), Sybase Replication Server®, Sybase IQ and their operating systems.
